Manufacturer rep firm, The Kirschner Group, has announced the addition of Sheryl Bannister to its domestic team as sales representative for the west territory.
Bannister brings a unique range of beauty industry experience to the role, which will inform her work. She first entered the beauty industry after completing her cosmetology training at Idaho State University in 1987. Upon graduation, Bannister worked in a full-service salon until she eventually opened her own salon business. During the same time, she became an educator for Scruples Hair Care and Elegant Glass Nails, where she was promoted to vice president of operations. Before joining The Kirschner Group, Bannister ran the Inspire Hairstyling Book Division at Creative Age Publications, and was the managing director for Inspire Hairstyling Books from 2005 to 2016.
