Beauty Store Business readers will once again be able to sign up online for complimentary three-day badges to attend Cosmoprof North America this July at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center in Las Vegas. This program is designed to support the beauty-retail/OTC market.
Go to www.cosmoprofnorthamerica.com and click “Visitor Registration” on the right side of the screen. Enter your email address, last name and BEAUTY2015 in the Access Code box to register for your complimentary three-day show badge (value $115 per person). Each store may register up to two complimentary badges. However, if a company has multiple locations, program organizers are permitting two free badges for each store as long as they are registered with a unique store address. The deadline to register for this program is Friday, June 12. After this date the program is no longer available and complimentary badges will not be offered, no exceptions.
Also, similar to last year, other complimentary registration codes are being offered to qualifying beauty stores/beauty retailers and beauty distributors through seven participating manufacturers rep firms. The deadline to register for them is also June 12. The participating rep firms are:

- Jay Halaby & Associates
- Southeast Rep Services
- Ted Fishman & Associates
- The Kirschner Group
- VNC Sales & Marketing

To ensure that only those who qualify for the BSB code or a code via a rep firm are receiving complimentary badges, show officials will review each registrant's eligibility. If it is determined that the registrant isn't eligible to participate or that there are more than two people per store registered, the registrant will be notified by June 26 and will have the opportunity to purchase a badge at early-bird pricing. (Professional Beauty Association member is $57 and nonmember is $115.) Registrants who don't receive notification can assume that their registration has been approved and confirmed.
