Beth Vonville will join professional keratin-based haircare and color brand Keratin Complex as vice president of sales, effective November 11, 2019.
Vonville brings more than 20 years salon industry experience working both manufacturing and distribution channels to the role. Previously, she served as the senior director of domestic sales at Brazilian Professionals, whose brands include Brazilian Blow Out and Brazilian Bond Builder. During her eight-year tenure at the company, Beth transformed the business, developing and leveraging strategic education initiatives to drive sales and expansion. Vonville’s leadership qualities, insights and unique ability to develop innovative sales and education programs have translated to better brand performance at all her previous posts.
In her new role, Vonville will be responsible for oversight of all aspects of Keratin Complex’s domestic sales and education programs.
