Formerly manufactured by Rudolph International in Brea, California, Soft Touch nail products will now be manufactured by E&M Pro Manufacturer following the retirement of Jim and Louise Rudolph.
With a combined 60 years of product and industry expertise, Anaheim, California-based E&M Pro Manufacturer owners Eric and Misty Nguyen have teamed up with operations manager Shelley Taylor-Wilson to launch a number of other innovations in the near future, in addition to continuing the production of Soft Touch nail products.
