The Kirschner Group has announced the addition of Kim Banchs to its retail division effective immediately.
Banchs has a diverse and successful background in the beauty industry. For more than 13 years, she served as a buyer in the U.S. and in Europe. She then joined a small marketing and consulting group based in Los Angeles where she identified and managed numerous beauty brands at HSN, QVC and retail accounts. She was responsible for introducing, managing and growing a multimillion dollar beauty brand at HSN for over 18 years. Concurrently, Banchs managed high-level brands including Glamglow, Bosley Haircare, Hair U Wear, Patchology and Grande Cosmetics, helping to place them on Live Shopping and in specialty beauty doors including Sephora and Dillards.
