Twelve beauty companies were honored with The Independent Cosmetic Manufacturers and Distributors CITY Awards for their exceptional creativity, entrepreneurship and charitable giving during the 2017 Cosmetic Innovator of the Year awards dinner, which took place July 10 during Cosmoprof North America at the Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas.
