Palladio Beauty Group has appointed Shawn Haynes as CEO of the South Florida-based beauty company, which produces color cosmetics enriched with botanicals, vitamins and antioxidants.
Haynes, a seasoned beauty professional with 20 years of experience in the industry, is joining Palladio with an expansive knowledge in both corporate and startup brands. His experience includes sales and marketing leadership positions at Maesa Group, e.l.f. Cosmetics and Markwins International.

Haynes most recently served as SVP of sales at Maesa Group where he was responsible for the company’s exclusive brand portfolio: Flower at Walmart, Circa at Walgreens, Enlite at CVS, Fiona Stiles at Ulta & QVC, and Kristin Ess at Target, which just launched January 2017. Prior to Maesa Group, Haynes held the role of vice president of sales at e.l.f. Cosmetics, where his worked resulted in 6,000 new doors and 43.1 percent CAGR. He also helped successfully complete the sale of the company to TPG Growth, all within two years. And, while serving as SVP of sales/general manager for Americas at Markwins International, Haynes held a variety of sales and marketing roles for the Markwins beauty products division with global responsibility for Soho London New York, Black Radiance and Wet n Wild, where he led the sales and marketing transition during the acquisition of Wet n Wild, including brand restructuring. Haynes was also the president and CEO of Girl Cosmetics, an indie brand he founded in 1997, and has contributed to a variety of beauty industry boards.
