A medical-grade tape from family-owned cosmetics company, Nexsey, recently gained attention and acclaim from beauty lovers worldwide.

Nexey is used to discreetly tighten neck wrinkles. It follows in the success of the company’s natural lip-enhancing product, Fullips. Both products are marketed as temporary, inexpensive alternatives to plastic surgery.

The new product, originally designed to battle neck wrinkles, went viral recently (Jan. 3, 2017) thanks to the help of online beauty bloggers. After a video showcasing the product's ability to fix the commonly dreaded "double chin" was posted to the "Learn Makeup" Facebook page, it quickly went viral, racking up more than 4.3 million views and 27,000 comments.

"We have been through this before; but it's always a surprise,” said Linda Gomez, chief executive officer of Nexsey and Fullips. “We awoke to more orders in 24 hours than we have filled in the last several weeks. We are scrambling to meet demand; but that's always a good feeling."

Linda Gomez is no stranger to a sudden and broad spotlight being cast upon her companies. In late 2014, her first company Fullips also went viral for its patented lip plumper, Fullips.

"I try to create products that are simple to use and affordable for everyone. I originally designed Nexsey to be used as a temporary fix for neck-wrinkles; but I am now seeing it being used for everything from double-chins to face wrinkles."
