The Independent Cosmetic Manufacturers and Distributors (ICMAD) announced the three revered beauty business experts who will headline the nation's premiere event honoring innovation and creativity in beauty product manufacturing and distribution: Harlan Kirschner, The Kirschner Group and Tish & Snooky Bellomo, MANIC PANIC. The three beauty insiders have made indelible marks on the $56 billion dollar cosmetics industry and will cap off the award ceremonies with their industry insights and expertise. The 12th annual Cosmetic Innovators of the Year (CITY) Awards will take place July 25, 2016, at the Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino in Las Vegas.
