The Professional Beauty Association will be hosting the PBA Executive Summit in Scottsdale, Arizona, Thursday, Dec. 3, and Friday, Dec. 4. The event is designed exclusively for upper-level management, and will include a key focus on industry trends, networking opportunities and leadership development.
This year's theme, The Changing Consumer Experience, allows PBA members and non-members to explore the technological and cultural intelligence of today's modern consumer. Attendees will learn how to properly communicate with their target markets through various outlets such as social media and learn other aspects of creating meaningful digital conversations.

As the beauty industry's largest trade association, PBA is focused on providing opportunities for our industry leaders to not only learn from other experts but to also learn from each other," said PBA executive director Steve Sleeper.
